  OMG, i thought i would shop local for advice from the experts in preference to saving a couple of hundred on ebay with no support for my first trailer build. What A Joke. I got served by a slender balding old man who was more interested in attempting to be funny than helping me spend my money over the counter. Anyway i took my parts and started the build, first i discovered in his attempt at being funny he forgot to give me the bolts needed to attach the springs to the chassis, I made a call and spoke to a gent who said come down and ask for him and get the bolts, all good. Then when attempting to follow the written instructions for mounting the brake hubs i noticed the funny man had also missed out some spring washers that were needed for spacing the backing plate. I went back to the shop and got served by a gent who pointed out that the washers weren't needed due to being supplied nylex nuts. I pointed out that i didn't get nylex nuts or washers and i pointed to the funny man and said he served me, this gent then went over and had a conversation which i over heard the funny man admit he had left the washers and nylex nuts out as they didn't have any stock at the time of the order. To say i was disappointed would be an understatement. I thought that i was just unlucky and got a forgetful old man but after hearing the conversation on my last visit it was not the case. I don't know if he is just a bad apple in the bunch or if this is the standard of staff at the bayswater site. either way i will save the cash and by off ebay next time.

  Worst service I have experienced from an individual, served by Peter Hewitt, tall slender bloke. Asked for assistance to get parts for my trailer. Had a fair idea of what I was after however I was treated like an idiot and I had to prompt him as to what I might require. Store has a great selection of parts however I'll never go there again due to "pathetic' Peter.
